Turning it over!

Leadership is a combination of skills and attitudes that enables a person to help others help themselves. How we lead is especially important in low-income communities. To work effectively in the community at Monroe Circle, it is critical for us to form partnerships with existing community leaders and community residence. Identifying, training and working with emerging resident-leaders of Monroe Circle area will enable a smooth and harmonious transition to a self sustaining innate leadership from within the MC3 community. Our success, and more importantly, their success depends on a mutual goal and standard of leadership, community development, and hope for the future.
